Carotene ( Vitamin A) Rich Source For Your Eyes And Skin

 Carotene is a type of provitamin A that is found in many fruits and vegetables. Some of the richest sources of carotene (especially beta-carotene, which the body can convert into vitamin A) include: 1. Carrots 2. Sweet Potatoes 3. Pumpkins 4. Spinach  5. Kale 6. Butternut Squash   7. Cantaloupe   8. Mangoes  9. Red and Yellow Bell Peppers  10. Collard Greens The richest sources of carotene, specifically beta-carotene, include: 1.
