Heart Is the Most Vital Organ, Pear Shaped and Upper Part is Known as Base and Lower Part is the Apex ( Corona ) .
• Situation:- Mediastenum Of Thorax ( Space Between two Lungs )
-- It's 2/3 Part is in Left From Mediastenum.
-- It's 1/3 Part is in Right From Mediastenum.

Length :- 12cm
Width :- 8cm
Thickness:- 5cm ( differ in all chambers )
• Weight:-
Male :- 275 - 350 gm
Female:- 250 - 325 gm
• Structure Of the Heart:-
1. Lateral, Posterior Part :- Lungs 🫁
2. Anterior Part :- Thoracic Wall
3. Lower / Inferior Part :- Diaphragm
• Layers Of Heart:-
Heart is Made Up Of 3 Layers :-
1. Pericardium ( Outer Layer )
Made up Of 2 Layers :-
1. Fibrous Pericardium :- Made Of Strong Elastic Fibrous Connective Tissue.
2. Serous Pericardium:- It is made Of 2 Layers:-
(1) Parietal Serous Pericardium
(2) Visceral Serous Pericardium ( Epicardium )
2. Myocardium (Middle Layer)
It Contains 3 System:-
1. Mascular System:- It is the main Part Of Heart Present in Middle Layer Between Endocardium and Visceral Serous Pericardium.
2. Conductive System:- It is the Vital System Of Myocardium. It Conduct Impulse From One Part Of Heart then in the Body Tissue.
Two Parts:- (1) Pacemaker
(2) Fiber - Atrial Fiber, Bundle Of His, Purkinje Fiber .
3. Coronary System:- Blood Supply in the Heart is By Coronary Artery.
